It’s fine, but management is not up to par
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood. Most of the units have fireplaces (not sure if all are functioning) with nice high ceilings and charming features. Nice private garden in the back.
Cons:
The hallways are dirty. Management is pretty unresponsive and not paying close attention to the deteriorating quality of most of the units/building. The building has roaches and no regular exterminator service. Only way to pay rent is by check.
Advice to owner:
For the love of god, please repaint the hallways and replace the 50 year old rugs on the stairs. Invest in something that will help remove the musty smell. Hire an exterminator to treat regularly!
