It HAS NOT been reported if this building accepts electronic rent payments.
Landlord was extremely slow to respond to broken heat, a broken lock, garbage and shoes left in the shared hallway, unleashed dogs, and a neighborhood who was stalking and harassing young women in the building. I was constructively evicted from my apartment because of the severity of stalking and harassment and the landlord assumed no responsibility, was dismissive and minimizing, and is refusing to return my security deposit.

Horrible tenants in building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is nice
Cons:
The people who live in the building are snotty and awful who cause problems so you will move out. There are roaches and ants. Expensive and not renovated.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants. Not just the family who pay the most rent in the largest unit (you know who they are)
