The 5 month leak
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super Don is super responsive and helps as much as he can (can be late sometimes but at least he cares which is asking a lot in nyc)
Cons:
My apartment was leaking for months since I moved in in December through the beginning of spring and management said it “wasn’t that serious” and it’s like yeah TO YOU because it’s not your living space. They didn’t care at all it was so annoying but there was nothing I could do except ruin my towels and use pots to catch the water every time it rained.

Could be great but management was not
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing roof, brand new units, incredible location
Cons:
Management did not respond well to a persistent and very serious maintenance issue

Great location and views - nice apartments. Public areas could use help.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location
Newer units
Free laundry in basement
Cons:
Laundry facilities are often out of order
No bike room
Disappointing furniture on roof
Lobby can feel shabby
Advice to owner:
Please maintain washers and dryers - a few haven’t worked properly for months
As another reviewer commented, ‘study room’ in basement would make a great bike room.

Great location but overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is nice
Cons:
Roaches sometimes. Loud Ice cream truck out front six hours a day May-Sept. overpriced.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the ice cream truck. Fumigate for roaches more. Turn that stupid library in the basement into a bike room.

Rude Leasing Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great roof and view
Cons:
Property owners were unreasonable re-negotiating lease. Very corporate and impersonal. Air conditioners often broke
Advice to owner:
Be nicer to other human beings!
