Old Building, Great Location
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building gets great natural light, has beautiful crown moulding and original fireplace and is in a great location
Cons:
There's a history of leaks (one neighbor had her ceiling cave in), you can hear everything in the hallway, and there's no trash service.

Mostly good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Anytime I needed help from the super, he was quick to come fix things.
Cons:
There was a creepy neighbor that the owner of the building wouldn't do anything about when the man broke into someone's apt. Not sure if he still lives there.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the creepy neighbor

Overall a good experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Whenever I have issues, they are always fixed quickly. And I rarely have issues.
Cons:
It’s a little dusty. Had some issues getting my security deposit back. Was super late but was eventually returned to me in full.
Advice to owner:
The common areas could be cleaned a bit more. Follow the security deposit laws.

Super old building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Charm, location, close to subway, promenade super close
Cons:
Dirty dusty building, weird tenants that violate your privacy and landlords don’t do anything about it, super breaks things while fixing others, cheap fixes and everything is painted over
