Brownstone feel with modern amenities. Small building, convenient location.
Cons:
Management company lied to us about having cleaned the unit after a large fire destroyed the building nextdoor. We had an 8 week old baby and discovered through an independent smoke remediation company (and environmental testing) that our unit was unsafe. When we broke our lease (because we could not live in the unit for 30 days +), they withheld our security deposit and the balance of rent from when the unit was uninhabitable. We sued them in small claims court and won.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the management company. We understand you are running a business, but this was a matter of health and safety.

Loved living here! Great apartment, great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location, clean, nice finishes, very responsive management, washer and dryers in unit, central air conditioning, elevator
Cons:
I didn’t have any conns aside from the fact that the apartment was a little small- which I knew when I moved in. Plus the layout was amazing so it didn’t feel small.
