A Gem Spot in Brooklyn Heights
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is evident that the live-in owners/landlord take pride in this building which made for a wonderful place to live. The studio unit on the top floor has older finishes, but has a great layout of the square footage.
Cons:
The studio unit on the top floor doesn't have the greatest natural light, but with the promenade so close its a great excuse to get outside. Just a note units within the main building are not allowed bikes to be stored in unit at risk of damaging the stairs.
