Great building. Nothing terrible but A LOT could be improved upon.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location. During covid-19 renewal rent did not increase but owners were TERRIBLE to respond. In building super that is easy to communicate with and get fixes.
Cons:
Owners are terrible at communication and responsiveness. There is inconsistency in management approval for apartment changes (ac installation etc).
Advice to owner:
Responds to your tenants faster!!!!!

Rent regulated but Solil managed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent regulation ensures lease renewal and approved rental increases by the city. Large layouts for the price.
Cons:
Horrible management company, old building with roaches, no real capital improvements.
Advice to owner:
Be easier to work with, you own $Bns in real estate.
