Live on the BQE on ramp! Loud, Dirty, Dangerous, and Overpriced.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Once you leave, you realize that ANYTHING else is nicer than this dirty dark slum hole.
Cons:
Right next to the BQE on ramp so cars and semi trucks are backed up, running their engines and honking non stop in front of the building to get onto the highway. Constant noise and exhaust pollution. When traffic isn't backed up, you're still right across from a hospital so non- stop ambulance sirens screeching. Enough off the main strip that homeless people camp out or like to stand on the street corner swinging pipes and throwing trash bins into the BQE on ramp, causing more problems. Somehow the owner has no shame in gouging tenants in a horribly up kept building in an awful location. After the pandemic he doubled everyone's rent and over half the building left, He will raise rent at any lease turnover so be prepared for that as well.
