shabby apartment on a beautiful street

Pros:
enormous windows, very high ceilings
Cons:
landlord slow to respond, kitchen and bathroom in poor repair

Great location, not great management

Pros:
Great location in Brooklyn Heights - close to subways, stores etc. it is an old and historic building.
Cons:
Management was Raj Associates- not accessible and not helpful. We had repeated ceiling collapses due to poor maintenance and it was difficult to get a response or the issue addressed. While they are quiet when you have an issue, they will be prompt on requesting late fees if they don’t have their check in the mail on the 1st and there is no electronic payment option.
Advice to owner:
Better management and maintenance of this beautiful 1899 building.
