Great Building, Some Roaches

Pros:
Good management, regular cleaning and maintenance, great location
Cons:
Roaches when it rains, older building, heat is super hot and dry in the winter

Older building with some issues, but I’ve loved my time here

Pros:
Location is unbeatable and the building itself is beautiful - historic and charming.
Cons:
Water heat levels are all over the place, switches from freezing to boiling back to freezing in less than a minute without any adjustments. This is constant and happens every time you shower; it’s really frustrating. Also, the floors have warped some and should be fixed by the landlord.
Advice to owner:
Fix the water issue ASAP and address the floors as well!
