    Horrific do not live in this place

    Pros:
    The red Art Deco door is the best part
    Cons:
    A pipe burst flooding the whole front side of the building and the landlord tried to collect rent from me despite the apartment being unlivable. They were disgusting slumlords.
    Advice to owner:
    Hope you get sued
