One of my favorite places I've ever lived
Former Tenant
Pros:
Charming, unique, and historical brownstone building with a lot of character. Absolutely wonderful neighbors. Excellent location. Good, available landlord who cares about the building and its tenants. Special place to live!
Cons:
Package theft due to front door not closing securely. Low-key problems with the old radiator system but landlord was always responsive in fixing it.
