Pros:
- doorman building and they collect packages for you - neighborhood is great (10 min walk to Brooklyn Bridge Promenade) - location - very close to multiple subway lines
Cons:
- building/landlord/management - they show up and enter your unit without notice/unannounced - mice and roach problems - basement (laundry access) are only certain hours, but also roach infested - laundry machines are constantly broken/out of service - elevators are out of service pretty frequently - ceiling leaking and they take MONTHS to fix - doormen are unfriendly - neighbor is having mold issues
