Nice landlord, pretty solid building
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Incredibly convenient location -Very responsive landlord maintains the building well -Never saw any pests in the apartment (apart from some fruit and drain flies in the summer)
Cons:
-It does get quite cold in the winter -It can be noisy in the rooms on Court St, however, noise wasn't a problem anywhere else in the apartment

Nice building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly neighbors, responsive, kind and very understanding landlord. Anytime there has been an issue with an appliance it was fixed pretty much immediately! Building is generally clean and well looked after
Cons:
Not a safe place to have packages delivered. Outside door to the vestibule has never locked, multiple packages have been stolen or opened in the hallway. Would recommend having important deliveries sent to either a work address or safe pickup location
Advice to owner:
Fix the lock on the outside door
