No roof access, large amount of flies at front of building during summer, difficulties with buzzer and key for building door.

A nice enough building…
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing hood! Near every train!
Cons:
Buzzer has been broken for several months. Not enough washers/ dryers for the building. We only have three of each and one is often broken.
Every summer one has to walk through a cloud of flies to enter the building it really gross!
Owner has just hit the majority of the building with a major rent increase!
Advice to owner:
Add more washers /dryers. Mange the flies! In an area full of high end buildings with amenities it is hard to imagine people being willing to pay the new asking rents for a “basic” bare bones build.
The super is awesome!
