Poor management and maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighborhood, pretty apartment with good amount of light. Neighbors are quiet.
Cons:
Super is unresponsive and does not seem to know what he’s doing. Often the problem is worse after he tries to fix it and requires repeatedly reaching out for landlord to fix it. Heating pipe makes incredibly loud noises during the winter, beginning around 5am. Temperature in the apartment was 62-66 degrees most days during the winter, bundle up! Mice problem, landlord had exterminator come monthly but it was unresolved.
Advice to owner:
Take basic care of your building.

Poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, cute street
Cons:
Irresponsible and unresponsive management. Currently withholding $1000 of my security deposit and ignoring all my attempts to get an explanation. Let a realtor into my apt without notice during COVID. So many other issues.
Advice to owner:
Don’t be criminals
