Decent size, but not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is excellent, bedrooms are decently large
Cons:
Had cockroaches a few times, unresponsive management, consistent issues (stolen packages, broker mail box, etc.). Management has changed recently so hopefully it will improve
Advice to owner:
Do better

214 atlantic - Arya managment does not fix things
Former Tenant
Pros:
great location, spacious apt
Cons:
management consistently does not reply to emails/calls and does not fix issues at the building that are legally supposed to work. No working mailboxes for 2+ years, all mail thrown on the floor and now being returned to sender. 2 front doors dont properly close, buzzer doesnt work. Apt #s dont match what is in the callbox or registered to the gas/USPS. Heat went out the coldest week of the year with no response.
