Fine place for a single person

Pros:
Location, responsive management, washers and dryers and storage in the basement (neither are free).
Cons:
The place has not been well maintained and we had an illegal bathroom (no window, no vent). We had a big black mold problem in our bathroom that ultimately made us move. They also installed extremely cheap stoves in each apartment where it’s EXTREMELY easy to have a burner leak gas. This was a frequent problem where maybe once month/every other month an apartment would have their gas on by mistake. It’s clearly a product issue and not the carelessness of every tenant in the building. The apartments are also tiny, suitable for one person but difficult for 2+.
Advice to owner:
Hire better contractors to conduct work; fix the bathroom problem. Get new stoves.
