Pros:
Excellent super Hector, very responsive management.
Cons:
The doormen aren't there all day.
Advice to owner:
Gym/laundry room could use wifi- especially since the laundry machines use an app.

Nice building minus the construction

Pros:
Apartments were clean and well maintained. Super and doormen were friendly and responsive.
Cons:
Construction has been horrible for years - it can get VERY noisy.
