Multiple tenants have moved out - Cheap Construction and Thin Floors / Loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly renovated (albeit cheaply with shortcuts) in a good neighborhood and good restaurants nearby
Cons:
Cheap construction / paint / lights and it was still expensive rent. Thin floors created loud noise from other apartments and heavy front door slams consistently. Trash piles up in front of building due to low amount of trash cans. Multiple tenants have already moved out due to these issues. Management can be unresponsive and no dedicated super.
