    Pros:
    Nice neighbors; the neighboring landlords are friendly and will warn you of your landlord.
    Cons:
    The super didn’t like that I lived with my boyfriend without being married so weekly I would find pamphlets under my door about how I was going to burn in hell for eternity for my sins.
    Advice to owner:
    Take a Xanax
