Great place to live

Pros

The building is well taken care of by management and my point of contact usually responded within the day. There's routine scheduling for trash, sweeping, and pest management. AC and heat were always good. I know some people in the building had problems with AC but my unit was fine.

Cons

Bit of ambulance noise from the hospital across the street.

Really beautiful building, only 4 units so neighbors are never a problem, clean.

Water almost never gets warm!
