Good super, nice neighbors

Pros:
Loved living here for 4 years, good super was responsive and immediately replaced appliances when they were having issues. Garbage taken out regularly on schedule.
Cons:
No central air or video buzzers, frequent package theft
Advice to owner:
Update the buzzers to video and add security cameras
