Horrible land lord

Good location to metros
Cons:
Landlord is awful. If you’re a female living here beware!!!! The landlord will harass you on everything and is aggressive. He got in my face a number of times and is extremely intrusive.
Advice to owner:
Never deal with people especially females, you’re aggressive and harassing.

Newly renovated apartment, good neighborhood
Cons:
Right next to the highway, very loud car honking at night and car exhaust is so bad you can’t open the windows that face the highway.
Also, the landlord is the worst landlord I’ve ever had. Diego and his wife were extremely critical, invasive and controlling. It got to the point where Diego would verbally harass us when we would enter the house. They don’t let you have any guests past a certain time and if you do they threaten to evict you. They went through our trash, and harassed any guests we did have. Lastly, they didn’t return any of our security deposit claiming we took furniture from the roof when we did not. Diego has family in construction so he has the means to create false job estimates for work done on the apartment. As a young woman Diego made me extremely uncomfortable, to the point that by the end of the lease he was no longer allowed to communicate with me. It all was done through his wife Deb.
They live on the first floor so there is no escape from his hostility and harassment. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
Advice to owner:
Don’t rent this to anyone
