Pros:
Neighborhood is amazing! Management is pretty responsive when things break. Apt gets tons of light
Cons:
Being on hicks you can hear the BQE in the front of the apt, not a big deal but worth noting.

No one is paying attention to the property

new appliances and beautiful backyard / brick wall.
Cons:
Mice, flooding in basement and leaking from ceilings. No one seems to be managing the property.
Advice to owner:
Pay attention to tenants! Is there even a property owner?
