Total Dump
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing it’s a dump
Cons:
Rodents
Roaches
Squirrels ... yes squirrels
Bedbugs... someone brought in a sofa off the street and it was infested with bedbugs. They infested the entire building.
Building owes $28 Million in backed taxes to city.
Marshall’s could shut this down at any time.

Welfare cases (and not the ones that Reagan portrayed) live on the first fl. They have been squatting for decades not paying any rent. Look at the documentary Wild Whites of West Virginia.... that’s what you’re getting here. And they will steal any package left in lobby and sell it for opiates. They often leave the stove on which creates gas leaks... fire department is no stranger to their unit... nor the police department. This family terrorizes the entire block.

The gas to building has subsequently been turned off as the building cannot afford to repair their gas line.
Advice to owner:
City of New York... please take this property back. The entire block and people who live in building are in danger.
