Terrible Landlord Worse Management Company

Pros:
The location is about the only thing good.
Cons:
-Landlord maintains illegal practices. He does not follow city guidelines for repair. Apartment is moldy and not well taken care of. Landlord is unresponsive. The management company (Brennan Real Estate) are filled with the most horrible people. They take weeks to respond to anything, and are generally rude. They do not take tenant concerns seriously. They will illegally withhold rent and security deposits for baseless claims. DO NOT RENT HERE AT ALL.
Advice to owner:
Be considerate and responsive to your tenants.
