Pros:
Love the neighborhood
Cons:
Bad experience with management. Took 5 months to fix broken laundry. Hallways consistently dirty and building in bad shape. The front stoop literally crumbled so we all had to use the basement entrance even though no one had keys, which meant the building was unlocked for the weeks the steps were being repaired. Old appliances and fixtures. Deposit was returned late and required us to follow up multiple times.
