The building is ok, the landlord is a nightmare

Pros:
Nice neighbors, cute apartment, gorgeous street and neighborhood.
Cons:
The landlord is an absolute nightmare. Only communicates through text, is disorganized, is generally unpleasant, and often doesn't return security deposits.
