Overall Horrible Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighbors. Good location.
Cons:
No building management or upkeep.
Communication with the landlord was always difficult.
We had no heat for months during the winter.
There was an occupied illegal apartment in the basement which was a huge fire hazard. The list could go on. The building had 19 open violations. Owner doesn’t return security deposits or pay contractors.
Advice to owner:

Former Tenant
Pros:
10/10! I moved for work but if i didn’t have too i would stay here forever. The landlord is responsive and nice. The neighbor are a delight and the neighborhood itself is beautiful.
Cons:
There really weren’t any.
