Comfortable and quiet

Pros:
During my time here, management has fixed most issues in previous reviews. Only thing left (very small issue) is issues with water pressure and drainage.

Management and super are very responsive to requests and questions. Had a lot of renovations going on, management was communicated these plenty ahead of time. No concern over pests. Other residents seemed friendly and nice.
Cons:
Windows are only single-paned, so if your bedroom door faces the highway, expect some noise, especially loud motorbikes.
Advice to owner:
Maybe next round of renovations can focus on sound proofing if possible and improving drainage

Location. Location. Close to BQE.

Cons:
Building managers are absolutely terrible. Condescending, rude and non-responsive. Takes weeks to fix issues.
Advice to owner:
Fire management company. Unless you don’t care which you probably don’t.
