Good building, decent management

Pros:
The location! The functionality of units, layout. The kitchen!
Cons:
Management uses handy men whose expertise varies between them and their repairs are unreliable
Advice to owner:
Follow up on repairs, rely on specialists when needed (plumbers for plumbing, electricians for electrical issues)
