Pros:
- location - space
Cons:
- constant floods and need to file insurance claims - illegal kitchen - faulty heating system - unresponsive and rude management - highway noise - leaks - unruly backyard foliage - cheap finishes and work
Advice to owner:
Don’t manage properties where people live. You ruin their lives.
