Newly renovated, thick walls, great neighbors. Landlord tries to improve the property where they can. Great outdoor space for some units. Fantastic high ceilings for some units.
Some issues with appliances that needed to be replaced and some plumbing issues. Not all units have dishwashers or individually controlled a/c.
