Overall a gem!

Pros:
Amazing apartment layout with a full kitchen! Really nice neighbors, attentive and live in landlord, tree lined street in amazing neighborhood
Cons:
2 or 3 mice spottings, old appliances (gas oven/stove), truly unsure if the smoke alarms work in the unit, occasional package is stolen (new cameras just installed tho)
