Unhinged Landlord, Noisy Street
Former Tenant
Pros:
The walls are thick so I never heard my roommate in the room right next to mine or my upstairs neighbors.
Cons:
The landlord walked into my apartment unannounced several times and once called to yell and insult me because I was upset over an unannounced visit. The property is also above a bodega so you can imagine the noise and goings-on at all hours of the day and night.

Landlord is a caricature of a slumlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Above average square footage
Cons:
It’s a slum. When I lived there, the floor underwent a slow collapse and Nasser did the bare minimum to fix it. The deli downstairs attracts mice—when Nasser evicted the downstairs tenants for disputing the massive rent hike he demanded of them, they took their cars with them…once those mouse hunters were gone, the mice took over.
Advice to owner:
Stop being a cheap, dishonest and greedy slumlord.
