Landlord Harasses Tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Former landlord took good care of the building. It is in good shape.
Cons:
Building was sold in January 2022 to Palladium Management Group and it has been bad ever since. New landlord harasses certain tenants to get them out of rent stabilized apartments. Rodents are now in the building.
Advice to owner:
Stop harassing tenants to destabilize units.
