Pros:
The apartment had been newly renovated (on the interior of the unit)
Cons:
Where to begin...the landlord had negative interest in maintaining the building to the point where the heat was out in the dead of winter for over a month. Our neighbors had an infant at that point and they still couldn't be bothered. Not to mention the fact they stopped putting out the trash...the roaches...I could go on

Pros:
Nice set up of the apartments with bedrooms on opposite sides, and can’t hear any noise from neighbors except through door into the stairs. Electronic entry system was added with new owners.
Cons:
Slow to respond on some repairs. Heat was out for over a month one winter and they told tenants it was cold because windows were open or they weren’t using radiators properly. We had been told by previous owners that the boiler needed to be replaced. For months, no one put out garbage consistently so there were times it piled up for a few weeks. Front door lock kept breaking and being stuck open.
