Steer Clear of this Company
Former Tenant
Pros:
It could have been nice.
Cons:
The landlord is a nightmare, owned by a shell company with no presence and out of date registration. The management ghosted at lease renewal time for a month, and refused to make necessary repairs. We had to call 311 after giving up on reaching them.

They demand direct debit, then refuse to correct any mistakes made or follow up with tenants in any capacity. It took me threatening to literally call the police for fraud to even get a misspelled text message back acknowledging the debit took place.

The noise from Public Records bleeds into the apartment and it is not possible to sleep four out of seven days. The noise from upstairs comes through so clear I can hear conversations. Trash is not cleaned up for the abandoned retail storefront.

No one comes to repair anything in a timely fashion; our fridge broke and food rotted for three days before someone responded.

The street is not good -- construction all around, two lanes of parked cars and one lane of slow-moving traffic, cars parked on the sidewalk constantly, honking and general unpleasantry.

I cannot de-recommend this place enough. Stay away!!
