Nice apartment overall

Pros:
One bedroom is very large. Decent natural light. Good price for the area. Central air and heating. No pests!! Renovated.
Cons:
The hallway is very dark and not clean. There are no windows in the common areas, only the bedrooms. The kitchen is very small with mediocre appliances. Neighbors play loud music across the street but I personally don’t mind. Apartment was not cleaned when I moved in even though I was told it would be. They did not finish painting the walls so there’s random spackle. Landlord doesn’t have an email address so any documented correspondence has to happen via mail? Also this area is clearly in the middle of gentrification
