Great size near great neighborhoods

Quiet neighbors, clean, no pest issues, double closets in the master
Cons:
Noisy park across the street, small kitchen/living area (although decent by NYC standards)
Advice to owner:
Change the master bedroom doors to non-glass

Sizable apartment sizes
Cons:
Constant package theft - loads 100s of $$ of stuff. Owners won’t install cameras. Cops won’t file reports, they just suggested using Amazon lockboxes at other locations!! You should be able to get mail at your home!!!

Great Apartment Layout Courtyard Good Storage
Cons:
The courtyard is a mess, improper drainage causing the water to sit for several days, and no water supplies outside. It’s impossible to clean the courtyard and management doesn’t want to help. Trees also release lots of fruit causing lots of gunk on the floor.
Slow or sometimes unresponsive to maintenance request.
The building is in front of a projects building and almost every weekend the residents there have a party on our side of the street with loud music and don’t clean the trash after. It takes several weeks for the mess to be picked up. Always trash on our side of the street and somehow the other side is always clean.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and helpful to the people living there, not just when you want to rent vacant apartments.
