Was fine, getting better

Pros:
Big windows that let light into the apartment, dishwasher, super is nice and generally responsive
Cons:
No windows in the living room, neighbors across street sometimes blast music until late into night - recently has improved, management company messed up so we didn't have mail for 3 months, they raised rent 40% in one year, no laundry in building, renovations in other units happening at all times of day and weekends

Good renovations, great location, general past control is good
Cons:
The management company that runs this building is completely unresponsive, they won't care how much of an emergency you have they won't pick up your calls or emails.
Advice to owner:
Answer your emails/ phone calls and/or hire more people to do that.
