    Good building and apartments

    Pros:
    Clean building, responsive to things that needed to be fixed in apartment
    Cons:
    Not the building, but there is a warehouse next to building that hosts very very noisy/loud parties, so much that you can feel the music vibrations in your apartment
    Advice to owner:
    None, I like living in this building

    Location, finishings, friendly neighbors, clean inside and out
    Cons:
    Cheap wood frame, no noise insulation, you will hear everything and it won't stay warm

    Figure out a way to soundproof the building
