Solid spot in Gowanus / Park Slope
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice little building on the same street as Threes and Insa. My floor had its own bathroom for each bedroom. Landlord is fairly responsive. Affordable for the area. Generally quiet at night.
Cons:
Bugs, weird smells sometimes (like when it rains), mail situation is a mess, occasionally some tenants noisy late into the night.

Lots of problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, can’t be beat. Apartments are a good size
Cons:
4th floor doesn’t have heat. Front door isn’t a door and isn’t safe, garbage is a mess - tons of rats at night - sidewalk is always dirty, and, yeah, the 4th floor doesn’t have heat and the landlord hasn’t fixed it for over a year - super illegal
Advice to owner:
Fix the heat on the 4th floor. hire a professional don’t try to do it yourself like you tried (and failed) with the mice.
