Great location, decent in-apartment amenities, management needs improvements
Former Tenant
Pros:
- in-unit laundry and a dishwasher were great to have - can't beat the location - lots of natural light in the common areas (living room, kitchen) - lots of counter space in the kitchen
Cons:
- poor garbage management, not clear what type of waste goes where - management isn't always the most responsive with repairs and etc. (we went through 3 supers in 1 year) - there are some roaches and management isn't good at connecting you with the exterminator service they use
Advice to owner:
just be more responsive to your tenants requests and don't make tenants have to track you down for repairs
