Loud neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
The management there is great, the at every responsible and accomodating
Cons:
The neighbors are loud, they always leave the front door open, we had an incident of someone almost coming in to attack somebody in the building. They do parties almost everyday till night with loud music.
Advice to owner:
I am not sure he can even solve this

Not worth the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient subway station. Lots of bars around. A lot of shops in the area too
Cons:
Building is slanted. Water pipes freeze in the winter leaving you without water at any moment. Super isn’t the best and management isn’t very responsive unless it’s time to collect the rent
Advice to owner:
Good luck!

639 Union St
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great area! Fun, lively neighbors :)
Cons:
The building is honestly falling apart. Lots of water leaks, whole building is very slanted, windows were “fixed” by stuffing plastic bags in the spaces to block the wind/cold.
Advice to owner:
Renovate the apartment without making very short term “fixes”
