Very close to the F/G and everything on Smith/Court st!

Management is quick to respond and resolve issues
Neighbors ware great
Beautiful apartment
Relatively quiet, but you are close to Smith street which can be noisy
Cons:
- Drastic rent increase every year
-Shoddy work by super
-Getting water shut off due to sewage back-up (this has happened 2-3 times)
-Lobby is not always well maintained
-Your rent will increase by $300+/ month every year. Make sure you can afford that increase before you move in

Pros:
Great location, landlord / super were pretty responsive. Wouldn't expect luxury but it was really well priced for the area and we enjoyed the building, had nice neighbors. Only issue was clogging up the toilet. We could usually plunge and only had to call the super once.
Cons:
Stairwell is narrow and there are no doorbells

Great location, big apartment, lots of room.
Cons:
Landlord does not manage building well. Hallway and stairwells are dirty and unkept. Had mice in the apartment at one point. Lots of rats outside the building and in the neighborhood

Clean/fix up communal areas
