Quiet but small
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood, quiet, high ceilings.
Cons:
Apts are very small, a few roaches from time to time in the summer, no laundry.

Seems cute but eek
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location. One block from F train. Gut-Reno design with 2 closets, exposed brick and lots of windows (all units!)
Cons:
The lower level is an adandoned storefront which is quite disgusting. Management does not have consistent pest control visits. There is definitely a cockroach problem-the BIG ones.
Advice to owner:
Fix the cockroach problem, that’s it! And fix the building storefront so you can RENT IT!!
