Lovely, beautiful apartment; well taken care of; well located. Everything you would want in a place!

Nothing, the neighborhood is the only pro and updated kitchen..

I was fooled at the signing thinking that this apt and landlord were going to be great… no. If you love having someone in your business 24/7, this is the place for you!! If you love paying thousands of dollars to be constantly harassed like a child that is constantly doing something wrong please sign the lease! I’ve live in NYC for almost 10 years and never in my entirety of being here have I had a landlord send me intrusive texts, emails, etc. If you travel be prepared to answer questions, if you have company over be prepared to get a text, if you breathe too loud get ready for a condescending email! The apartment is cute but not for the stress or for the price. I’m so sorry to the future renters :( I think the landlord needs a hobby.
