Unresponsive management and super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Mostly well run and issues are fixed eventually
Cons:
It usually takes multiple calls to management to get anything fixed, on average 3 or 4 over several weeks. The super is extremely hard to reach and we had to hire a professional to redo 'repairs' he attempted on more than one occasion. The appliance repair company that management contracts with were a nightmare to deal with (60+ 1 star reviews on Yelp, but I guess they're cheap...)

It’s not bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good for a low budget
Reasonable management
Cons:
Occasional roaches, flies, slanted floors

A good first apartment, but management is not reaponsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Despite being close to the BQE, this building is very quiet! The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is renovated.
Cons:
Management does not keep the property clean. The hallways are often dirty. The garbage sometimes overflows, and the entrance hall usually fills with former tenants’ mail.
Advice to owner:
More responsiveness and regular maintenance of the property would be tremendously helpful and make the experience of living here much better!
